File review and annotations

Point to the detail. Keep the context.

Gather comments on an image, a PDF page, or a moment in a video. Run a standalone review or add feedback to the same form that collects the brief.

Show exactly what you mean

Pin a spot or drag a box on an image or PDF page, or comment at a moment in a video.

02

Review the right version

Keep feedback attached to its source file and version, so the team knows what the reviewer was looking at.

03

Make the next revision clearer

Read each response, reply, and resolve comments. Ask your connected agent to turn the feedback into a revision brief.

Make it your own

A prompt to get you started.

Connect your AI to Fermium, replace the bracketed details, and bring the source material.

Create a review form for [files] with contextual comments and an overall feedback question. Share it with [audience]. After responses arrive, summarize requested changes with references to their file, page, or timestamp.

What to know

Each respondent sees only their own response, not a shared discussion. Submitted responses are read-only to the respondent. Live website capture and formal approval steps are not included.

Questions about file review and annotations

How do comments stay connected to the right detail?

An image comment can mark a position or region, a PDF comment keeps its page, and a video comment keeps its playback timestamp. Feedback also stays attached to the source file and version. Your team can return to that location instead of interpreting a separate list of comments without context.

Can I combine a review with a client questionnaire?

Yes. Add a File review field alongside questions about the brief, preferences, or next steps. Use existing Fermium files, files uploaded through the form, or both. A form containing only the review field also works as a standalone review page. Check the audience before sharing source files through a form.

Can reviewers see and edit each other's feedback?

Each respondent sees their own response, rather than a shared conversation with other guests. Completed responses are read-only for that respondent. Your team can open the response records, reply, and resolve comments, then ask a connected agent to prepare a revision brief with references to the original feedback.
