One link for everything you need to get started.

01

Ask for the right details

Build a form on a database table. Choose which questions people see and which answers are required.

02

Collect one file or a batch

Use a file picker, drag files in, or paste screenshots. Set count, size, and type limits and choose a destination folder.

03

Keep answers and assets together

Find each submission in its response record, with file references that preserve the connection to the original request.

Make it your own

Connect your AI to Fermium, replace the bracketed details, and bring the source material.

Create a project intake form for [client] with goals, deadline, and supporting files. Allow multiple uploads and pasted screenshots. Save files to [folder], choose suitable limits, and keep a private response table for our team.

What to know

File uploads use the form's save-and-resume support. Each respondent sees only their own answers, and submitted responses are read-only. You can collect more file types than the browser can preview.

Questions about forms and file collection

Can clients send files without seeing other responses?

Yes. A form exposes the questions and file fields you select while the response table keeps its own access settings. Each respondent sees their own answers and uploads. Use this for a project brief, a collection of source files, or an intake form that brings both together.

What happens if someone cannot finish in one sitting?

Forms can save partial responses and provide a private resume link. File collection requires that save support. Keep the page open until an upload finishes; failed uploads offer Retry and Discard. Saved answers and file references are available when the respondent returns, subject to the form's access checks.

Where do uploaded files go?

Choose a destination folder and set file count, size, and accepted-type limits for the field. Uploaded files stay connected to the response record, so your team can find the brief and its assets together. Fermium can collect file formats that the browser cannot preview; those files remain available to download.
