A prompt to start with
Copy this into your AI tool after connecting it to Fermium. Replace the bracketed details and let it ask for the context it needs.
Create a branded client questionnaire in our project folder. Ask me which questions and client details we need, then create a database and a form connected to it. Save each answer as the client works, show saving and saved states, and support resuming a partial response. Keep draft and completed responses distinguishable. Keep the response database under our team's existing folder permissions and give the form its own access setting. Email me on completion if email is configured. Share the form link and show me where to review responses.
What this workflow needs
Email needs configured SMTP. A form's audience is separate from access to the response database. Resume links are private and should only be shared with the intended respondent.
Can a client fill out the form without seeing our database?
Yes. Form access allows the client to answer its selected questions. It does not grant access to the response table, other clients' answers, or internal fields.
